Customer Satisfaction

Care Advantage is a philosophy by which the employees of Dalworth Nursing & Rehabilitation Center live our vision of excellence every day by providing high quality services to those in our care. We strengthen our philosophy and commitment by focusing on five areas: Dignity, Teamwork, Responsiveness, Hospitality and Pride.
The Care Advantage program is designed to give our patients, residents, and their families a way to communicate with us regarding individuals who have performed above expectations in providing quality care. In addition, the program encourages our patients, residents, and their families to express any thoughts they may have about our home and the services provided.
Our pride shows through feeling good about the jobs we do, being committed to the individuals we serve and always striving to do the best possible job for those individuals who have been placed in our care.

"This is a heartfelt thank you!! Mom worked as a nursing home nurse's aide for all her working life and often took me along with her. My sister has also worked as a nursing home aide. So, we as a family know how hard you work and want to pass along this appreciation for your care and labor to those of you we have met and those we have not. This thank you also goes to all the staff. We know it takes everyone here to care for our beloved Mother. But to the hands on nursing, housekeeping, laundry, and all others - Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

Lou and Sandi
"Words can't explain how much we appreciate the care you gave to our loved one. I was told by the doctor how nice you were, but we are still amazed. Thanks."
The Gladys Family
"I am indeed both grateful and thankful for the excellent care you are providing my step-son, Philip. His health has been more stable the past six months than anytime during the past three-four years!"
Betty
"I wanted to thank you and your staff for doing such a great job. My Dad doesn't think as bad of nursing homes now. He's doing well at home with hospice with some problems but is happy at home. I really appreciate your kindness and care toward my Dad."
Evonne
"On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to take a moment to thank each nurse who cared for my Mother during her stay at the center. My brothers and I have never encountered any friendlier or more helpful nurses and aides as what are currently employed in this facility, and for this and all you have done, we say thank you from our hearts."
